Breakfast had very good variety. The room have generous size and offered nice comfort. Complementary water bottles arrive in glass. I asked for ice and staff brought it without delays. I enjoyed pool on roof top. The restaurant there had very tasty cuisine.
I found the room cleaning process can improve because some dust was present. This become noticeable near the corners. Perhaps a deep clean in the room will improve conditions.

Location is close to Mall and Burj Khalifa. Metro station exist around five minutes walk. This location is convienient to explore main areas.

Room have good design and size. Beds were comfortable and i sleep well. All rooms had good amenities and are well furnished.

Gym included many equipments. I count three treadmills and two stationary bikes. Hotel have large pool on the roof. The pool area included twenty loungers.

The room was generally acceptable.
The minibar was disappointing, offering items I found inappropriate for a hotel with such a reputation (I was genuinely surprised). The air conditioning was difficult to adjust. It was either too cold or not effective at all. I also found the lighting in the bathroom to be insufficient for applying makeup properly.

chef azlee's beef rendang was really good, tasty, and easily the best dish i had! yeab greeted us in the lobby often with such warmth, offering arabic coffee, lovely dates, and a welcome drink. her kindness, such beautiful touches that touched our hearts.
the light switches in the room were a bit annoying! all switches are located by the bed, with no individual switch for the bathroom. it makes it hard to not wake someone during a nighttime visit, a minor inconvenience.

the room was immaculate, so spacious, and beautifully maintained. the king bed offered wonderful rest, such soft sheets, and plush pillows made for excellent sleep. fine city views added a touch of magic.

the staff were helpful and always polite, very attentive to our needs. eva at the restaurant stood out, going above and beyond to make our dining experiences good. their dedication created a wonderful atmosphere.

club access is a must, the lounge staff is top notch! joanna always makes me feel like i am home, she is very nice! the food selection at the club is great and the service is really good. everyone from check-in to housekeeping and even the pool staff are amazing, they are beyond expectations!
the light switches in the rooms are not intuitive, and the bathroom light is connected to the main switches!

The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of food. The staff was very friendly. The metro was close, and it was also close to the main attractions.
The rate was increased significantly for my additional night in the same room. The hotel took advantage of the situation and almost doubled the room rates.
